About us
Liz
MacGregor
Liz MacGregor is a natural connector, leader and creative force behind Seasons & Spritz. She has always been drawn to the art of bringing people together, whether through storytelling, shared experiences or thoughtfully curated spaces.
With a background in leadership and hospitality, Liz is part owner of the much loved Wellington Point Farmhouse in Redlands Coast, QLD. Working alongside her husband Gordon, she supports much of the business behind the scenes, from operations and marketing to community partnerships and experience design. For Liz, hospitality brings together many elements, beautiful food, atmosphere, thoughtful detail and the shared experience of gathering. It’s these spaces that creates moments where people feel comfortable, present and genuinely connected.
A heart-on-her-sleeve kind of person, Liz leads with openness curiosity, and a deep appreciation for the power of shared conversation. Her passion for personal growth also extends into her project, The Project Within, a reflective space designed to support women in reconnecting with themselves in meaningful and intentional ways.
Liz and her family have called Redlands home since 2017 and feel deeply connected to the community they continue to build within in.

Ange
Anderson
Ange Anderson is a bubbly and charismatic award-winning radio news personality who has been on the Nova Brisbane airwaves for the past 15 years. She’s not afraid to be vulnerable, has an open mind, is intuitive and loves to look on the bright side of life.
After more than 20 years working in newsrooms across Australia, Ange has gained experience in the art of conversation. She was drawn to journalism as a career because of her strong interest in others. There’s nothing that Ange loves more than to meet people from all walks of life and hear their story with the firm belief that everyone has a voice that deserves to be heard. Her career did see her interview a few A-lister stars though like Oprah, the Dalai Lama, David Beckham, Cate Blanchett and Pamela Anderson.
Most recently, Ange has been delving into her own business as a marriage celebrant and feels fortunate to be part of more than 85 weddings across South East Queensland every year.
Ange and her husband Josh have called the Redlands home since 2018. Her biggest pride and joy is her 5 year old daughter Hallie and her German Shepherd Arlo.
