Liz MacGregor is the heart and creative force behind Seasons & Spritz. A natural connector, she is drawn to bringing people together through meaningful conversation, shared experiences and thoughtfully curated spaces.

With a background in leadership and hospitality, Liz is part-owner of Wellington Point Farmhouse, where she works alongside her husband Gordon across operations, marketing, partnerships and experience design.

Driven by a desire to create something especially for women, Liz founded Seasons & Spritz as a welcoming, judgement-free space where women can be themselves, connect and simply have fun. The magic lies in the people who help bring each event to life, with thoughtfully chosen local businesses, creatives and sponsors who equally value women’s wellbeing, connection and sense of self, making every season feel distinct, generous and memorable.

Her passion for connection and personal growth also extends to The Project Within, a deeply personal concept she is developing to support women through structured reflection, helping them reconnect with themselves and create space within the fullness of everyday life.
